Depression Are you really depressed or are you suffering from low
mood? Can you recognise a possible cause, have you recently experienced
a negative life event such as bereavement, redundancy, relationship break
up, could it be hormonal? Is your diet high in sugar? How long have you
been feeling like this and to what extent is it affecting your ability
to function. If you are unable to recognise an external event as the
cause then it may be something more deeply felt.
