Hypnotherapy Hypnotherapy
utilises what is often called the trance state, or hypnotic trance. Trance
is an entirely natural state for human beings, something that happens to
us many times a day. It is very similar to daydreaming, or that rather pleasant
feeling we get as we drift off to sleep. You remain conscious throughout,
and able to return to the fully waking state whenever you wish. Hypnosis
is a slightly altered state of consciousness that allows us to engage with
your unconscious mind, and utilise its resources to the maximum to help you
achieve your goals. |
