and counselling allow you to explore different areas of your life in a safe
and comfortable environment. What do you hope to achieve, what are you comfortable
with, what would you like to change? Together we can look at what may be
holding you back, preventing you from reaching your potential.

you really desire, could something be getting in the way? Working together
we can find effective strategies to overcome unwanted thought patterns and
behaviours that may be limiting your progress, helping to open up a new world
of possibilities. The results of this can be a more positive and balanced
life.
Psychotherapy and counselling can be effective with a wide range of emotional
problems such as depression, bereavement, relationship concerns, anxieties
and habitual behaviours. I use a range of psychotherapy and counselling
skills, often in conjunction with hypnotherapy or Emotional Freedom Techniques,
to find the most effective solutions.
It can sometimes be difficult to admit we need help, but deciding to share
a problem is a vital step & can often bring an immediate sense of relief.
