Supervision

I am a qualified NCIP accredited Supervisor and EFTI mentor offering one-to-one supervision to psychotherapists, counsellors, hypnotherapists and EFT practitioners.

I offer a safe space for practitioners to explore the varied issues around their client work, and to reflect on ethical, professional and knowledge based concerns and the relationship between therapist and client from all perspectives. This is conducted in a mutually respectful space and based on the three main principles of supervision: Educational (development of the practitioner and fulfilment of potential), Administrative/Managerial (promotion of good standards of work, ethics and practice) and Supportive (practical and psychological support).

I can also offer assistance to therapists in training to expand their knowledge and skills and to identify potential skill gaps and educational directions. My integrative training and approach allows me to offer supervision informed by a wide range of psychotherapeutic, counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT perspectives.
